Firstly we’d like to thank you for purchasing from Rep and Repeat

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in it’s original unused condition including tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment, Please note that this could take up to 7 business days to process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank statement again and if it does not appear to be visible then please try contacting your payment card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

When returning an item we recommend that you use a trackable method of postage or signed for delivery as we will not take responsibility for items which are lost in transit.
